Multifunctional service building

Our task was to design a mixed-use service building on a vacant site at the edge of downtown Debrecen, maximizing the potential allowed by building regulations. The two primary functions of the building are residential apartments and a 3-star hotel with approximately 120 rooms. Additionally, the building will include office spaces, retail units, and a restaurant. The entire property will remain under the ownership of the investor and operated as a rental facility. Accordingly, the design phase was developed based on the most intensive fit-out scenario.
